4 tablespoons olive oil
2 4-ounce pieces of fresh Sea Bass
3 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning salt
4 strips turkey bacon
Black Pepper
3 tablespoons pesto sauce w/ olive oil
3 lemons, halved
- Preheat oven to 345-350 F. Season Sea Bass with the Old Bay seasoning and black pepper. In a sauté pan cook turkey bacon.
- In a sauté pan, heat 3 tablespoons of the olive over medium heat. Saute’ Sea Bass in pan for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Turn Sea Bass over and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Place the Sea Bass and pan drippings in a baking dish. Place Bacon over Sea Bass Squeeze the lemons over Sea Bass, the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with sauté spinach or choice of green vegetable.
